After the initial site inspection was made by Ken Jordan, discussions were held with the clients to develop the theory and expectations for this beautiful position on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.

Photographs are taken, and then Ken’s vision steps in. Several conceptual plans were proposed, and when the general layout was decided upon, the finer details and finishes were chosen.
